TFPredictions Java 2 based Software is the analysis tool you must own.

If you want to compete in today’s Track and Field environment, you need the ability
to objectively analyze your performance and determine your fitness level.
Whether you are trying to beat the competition or your own ‘best’,
you also need efficient and accurate training information.

What is TFPredictions Software ?

TFPredictions Software is a scientific biomechanical approach primarily developed for Track and Field.
It provides training plans, provides and logs training sessions, and evaluates training effectiveness for selected events.
The approach analyzes athlete’s performance, defines specific training goals to improve performance,
and evaluates actual training to reach these goals. It will motivate an athlete by predicting FUTURE performance.

It is an AID for coaches and athletes to enhance and personalize training.

Training units and performance levels are MENU selectable.

Applicable for ALL athlete ages and skill levels.

What is the General Training Approach ?

• Create a Customized Training Plan.
• Create Training Sessions based on the Training Plan.
• Follow each Training Session when Training.
• Record results of each Training Session.
• Evaluate results of the Training Sessions.
• Modify Training Plan or Training Sessions as needed.

How does TFPredictions Software Work ?

TFPredictions Software uses current data supplied by the coach/athlete.
This data is used to provide a precise dynamic simulation of an event at a ‘selected performance level’.
Results from the simulation are then used to provide specific training recommendations and evaluations.
For more specific information on how TFPredictions Software works see “Example Steps for Set-Up and Use” below.

Who should own TFPredictions Software ?

Any track and field coach or athlete interested in improving an athlete's performance should own this software.
TFPredictions Software can be used for almost any track and field event including:
Track –
Sprints, Distances, Long Distances, Hurdles, and Relays
Field -
Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault, Shot Put, Discus Throw, Javelin Throw, and Hammer Throw

Steps for SET-UP and USE of TFPredictions software

SET-UP:

NEW Competitor Data should be created prior to or early in the Season.
The results can be updated periodically during the Season when available.

Completion Time for each competitor is 1 - 2 Minutes.

1. Create NEW Competitor Data.
Enter known physical characteristics and previous event performance results for a specific athlete.

Display of Competitor Data

2. Using software tools that are included, create additional required data.

Display of MultipleOrderRunTime Tool

3. Provide event performance results for the athlete selected using software simulation and previously stored data.
If required, adjust stored data and perform software re-simulation to match actual event performance results.

USE:

Competitor Performance Results and Recommended Levels should be determined prior to the start of the Season.
Previous Season Results or appropriate selected Competitor Results can be used to establish present Season Goals.
Completion Time for each competitor is 1 - 2 Minutes.

Training Plan should be created prior to the start of the Season.
Completion Time for each competitor depends on Training Plan size.

Training Session(s) can be created at any time after the Training Plan has been completed.
Training Session Results can be added during the Season after actual Season Training Sessions have started.
Completion Time for each competitor is 2 - 3 Minutes.

Evaluate File Results are done periodically during the Season after actual Season Training Sessions have started.
Completion Time for each competitor is 1 - 2 Minutes.

1. Select a Competitor from the supplied Competitor List:
